cost reduction equivalent to C$1850 POG ounce at fosterville
fosterville operating costs per ounce have been slashed by over $150 ounce.
whether costs are reduced by C$150 or POG increased by C$150, the bottom line result is the same.

No. If POG goes from $1200 to $1350, the cost to produce 1 oz. will not change if grade % and access is not changed. Also, with the C and A $ lower vs US$, this should benefit KL numbers in year ahead. Im looking for much higher price in one year from now.
