What is this latest NR all about?

This stock was already trading in the OTC for  a very long time so I am not sure about this NR today.
Anyone can easily check this out, so this is a real piece of Bull.

From what I understand there were limited platforms in the states that could invest in HS while in the previous exchange. Robinhood traders for example which is huge. That is no longer the case with OTCQB
