What is up with this stock and the way it is trading........

Yesterday over 17M shares traded and we could not hold at .11 cents close and with under 1/2 M shares traded so far at currently .11 cents. What gives?
I cannot help but wonder whether that NR yesterday a ploy, was it?
Also, why such low volumes today? 
Something is just not Right here.

funny u say that ! That's what I was thinking it's deff very frustrating especially being here for 3 4 years now I can't keep track anymore lol
