Process information

Hi,

Also did not anticipate this.   Have been in this at much higher prices for over 2 years.  This is a real kick.  If they are successful  why do they need  more money??   What will the money gain?  Another deal for  $100,000 a year gross??

Where did this come from??  Can a company just roll back shares whenever they want without going to shareholders for approval?

Would have thought this is something shareholders should approve so they know it is coming.  If you buy at $0.11  @  8 to 1 rollback, you are already 10%  down..

Can someone clarify  if company can just roll back anytime they want.

Thanks

From the CEO update Nov 16 they expect another $3mil in contracts(to $21mil) in the next 30 days and another $300,000 of AAR(to $4.2mil) which will begin Jan 1, so I think they have a confident sales pitch to investors. The prospect of an exchange upgrade would be huge.
