why halt the stock for a PP announcement

It attracts allot of attention but in reality it hurts the company's reputation as they are seen as trying to push the stock price up.....anyway, not impressed with this stock trading halt - reflects badly on management.   Makes me wonder if I should continue to hold my shares.    Management should be focused on their business, not trying to pump up the stock price

so you think they arranged a halt to raise the price and bring in eyeballs AFTER an oversubscribed brokered PP??  BAHAHAHAHA.  To what end???  Or maybe they took the morning to correct a form 9 issue which happens all the time.  the company has no history of halts or this kind of pump behavour you're suggesting.   My goodness you are dumb.  please sell.

Hey Dr., you need to go back to moron school.   You don't need to halt a stock for a news release unless it is material and could affect the normal course of trading.   Everyone knows HS was doing a stock offering so what is the big deal here.   I have been investing over 35 years.....ya, if you want you can halt but in this case really don't need too.  &

Its ok that you're dumb. but its hilarious that you dont know it. The form 9 was released publically yesterday after the bell but had not been formalized by the company.  the info had specific numbers of the exact amounts of the over subscription.  it is considered material as those numbers translate to dollars.  Managament followed the book.  also... you can't just
