Bruce is aware of a company called Hemp Sense Inc from Manitoba Canada, Bruce has talked to them in 2015 looking for a joint Venture deal and knowing that Hemp Sense Inc has the patents on shredding the hemp bales for Canada and the USA Bruce has went and setup a mill and plans on shredding the hemp bales knowing there is patents on this already. Hemp Sense Inc is a private company owned by investors from Canada and the USA

That seems like a very broad patent saying nobody is allowed to grind up a plant into flour form any pellet form or cruble form so pretty much your not allowed to process a hemp plant into any useable form.
