Geocann LLC was already part owner of Opticann.

Geocann announces distribution deal with Opticann in August .......... never disclose they are part owners of Opticann in their presser ........ but details in Heritages Form 9 disclosure certainly expose the link amongst the others discussed the other day.

Pretty cozy relationships in all this acquisition stuff.

Bobby G. it maybe a cozy relationship but what we do about it and you're ionly interested in flipping the stock so you don't care whether the company has success..  Of course you want to create a negative so the stock price goes down.  Why don't you move on and bash another stock.
