AwareInvestor, they're using more stock to secure further financing, that will push the amount of stock issued and outstanding to over 800,000,000 shares not good that's why the board is thinking of a RS.  They'll have this deal over a billion shares in no time

AwareInvestor, it's going to take 696,942 shares plus warrants to secure 1.5 million in financing from Merida Capital to finance its entrance into the state of Missouri .  By the way the revenues generated from this deal is coming next year.  It's always next year why not this year.  They have a knack of projecting every thing to next year..

There goes the penny dodos again selling for nothing after we had a decent news report. If people didn't dump shares, the coffers would not need to borrow money to dilute.

bmeister2, I aghree but once the speculators see a 2 cent spread they sell their 50,000 shares.  Therer's no support no matter how good the news releases are.  I thought David was going to go in a different direction but he follows the same foot print as Clint buying more shares with equity.  I think David is trying to keep the company alive at any costs to the shareholders.We ...more

Oh, I know Bober2, this is what I am afraid of.We would need a 1 for 15 to get above 1 dollar share value and that would just kill me. Exposure to the U.S. is our only saving grace at the moment but I hate dilution in doing so.

bmeister2, I thought 9 for 1 was bad enough but 15 for 1 would be devastating for me and all the shareholder then one is looking at 15.00 a share just to break even.  Clint and now David will do anything possible to save the company.  This has beenbad deal for everyone except the insiders because they're loaded with stock and they'll get more stock options down the road.  ...more

bmeister2 , I talked to an isider of another stock and he told me if they do a RS 9 shares for two shares then the stock will start trading roughly about .54 cents a share.  If one owns 100,000 shares after RS  one will own just under 10,000 shares.  That's a pretty big hair cut to take.  How he is going to get the stock to trade over 1.00 a share is a mystery to me unless ...more

Hard to get any traction here,Bober, until those penny flippers, or 1/2 cent flippers to be exact, look at themselves in the mirror and don't see an idiot staring back. Hard to believe you call yourself an investor and do that stupidy on a daily basis. How we can move from that scenario is likely going to take an RS before long. I might add an extra 200k at this price to get ready for this ...more

bneister2,, i did some research on RS if Clint and the board of directors do the consolidation 9 for 1 then the share price should start trading at .54 cents a share .  There's still that gap of .46 cents a share that has to be made up to get it over a dollar a share.  If David the new CEO can rebrand the company and get the revenues up substantially then a RS won't be need and ...more
