Iscfa, I think at the AGM in June they're going to announce the consoldiation.  Too much shares out not enough profit even though the sales are looking good so if you have !00,000 shares you'll own 10,000 shares.  My break even goes from .36 cents a share to $3.60 a share.  What a bummer deal but the insiders will do well.

Iscfa, I emailed Clint couple of days ago regarding the AGM meeting June 7th .  He hasn't responded so far.  I can't find any info on the June 7th AGM on their web site.  Where did you get this info so I can follow it up.

Iscfa, I got onto sedar regarding Heritage.  I don't see anything on the info regarding a consoldiation.  Maybe we're fine for now.

Isc fa, Heritage is trading at .015 cents a share.  How much lower can it go.  What a disgusting investment.  I tried to email Clint last week and he won't return my email.  Is he trying to hide something.

This is my main sentiment also, Bober. We get this " news" about Missouri and Brazil but drop to 1.5 cents! WTF is going on with this dog?? Read this past week Americans smoking more weed than ever before but it doesn't seem to affect most mj stocks except to decline. Disappointed Democrats haven't made legislative changes on Banks and mj stocks in the U.S. but read someplace

bmeister2, Heritage is going to have to get their sales and profit up before we see an increase in the share price. 10 million in profits and thirty million in sales with 1.01 billion shares out is not going to cut it.  It's a wait and see game on how the company progresses in the next two years.

Exactly, Bober. As I said before, I am not holding my breath here, but it would ne nice to see this get around the upper single digits in the not too distant future.
