Awaiting this part of the vision statement: "Hecla is looking to expand into Mexico, Peru and two other countries in Latin America to speed up growth ONCE IT CONSOLIDATES ITS POSITION in Canada."

Good luck with that - HL seems to have problems developing the bloated amount of projects already in their stable.

HL acquired and developed Alexco's Keno Hill into a profitable producer in 1.25 years. 2023 Production was 1.5 million oz of silver eq and they produced 604,000 oz Q3/23 for at least 2.4 m oz Ag Eq in 2024. The Keno mill is designed for over 4 million oz of production capacity and there is room for expansion to over 6 million oz of production within the existing facilities. HL acquired ATAC ...more

I got sucked into the HL story via the ATAC acquisition.  I just hope no more of my juniors get acquired by Helca.  Want to know why?  Because when HL acquires a junior via a share swap they tell the brokers that the transaction is "taxable" and it clearly is not.  I even provided PROOF via multiple references to the IRC tax law to HL investor relations/tax department ...more

Yup the last paragraph is about right. Expansion into SA is probably click bait.  Silver X financials are a good read not. As for Mmg they probably need to get to Axu status first...  lol As for the global shortage of silver hmmmm.
