Hecla, investor news updates are a good thing.

Enjoy this little read while sippin your custom made double over the top coffee mocha (I am) and watching the sun rise while Hecla is increasing your portfolio. :)

Ok I understand Hecla is a 100+ yo company that does news releases when internal investor relations and marketing thinks it's required.

Right now IMO Hecla has a Keno Hill silence problem and silence is not always golden.  Right now Keno Hill is probably Hecla's wild card and I would bet there are great expectations.

Since we're about halfway through the year and silver prices have been rising is there a correct expectation, as per guidance,  that 3m oz of  Keno Hill production is correct for 2024? If so and all things remaining equal then it's pretty easy to extrapolate a share value moving forward.  As for the analysts share price expectations moving forward, unless they have more information, please no AI, , I'm calling Blue Sky.

BTW.  The above presentation also shows the massive task ahead of Hecla financially and logistic wise for Bermingham and Flame & Moth development.  The oz. per ton now stated also appears to be lower than initially promoted?  Hopefully there is an improvement in efficiencies and TPD.

Even MMG is spending more effort on a news release (and mentions Hecla that's free advertsining).

But what, do we need to see Alexco and Thrall's Blue Sky promo as current for Keno Hill on Invest Yukon.  I for one do not need to see ppl tromping around in a drift pokin holes on a grid by a company that is no longer in the picture.

It's sort of shocking IMO that since the take over there has been minimal actual ongoing news from Keno Hill, except for dealing with safety (good thing).  But surely Hecla didn't aquire Alexco's Keno Hill and give shares to WPM just for that?  Even MMG, etc is releasing more.

Lets see the interim production numbers or are they that bad?  Investors understand bad news but silence and old company news is worse.

Surely a video on Invest Yukon is in the budget?

Anyway hope everyone has fun and remember it's all just gamblin anyway. :)

Even MMG is spending more effort on a news release (and mentions Hecla that's free advertsining). Since they were Monster Mines, then changed their name to Metallic Minerals 8 years ago they hardly ever, if ever, put out a NR without saying they're adjacent to Alexco, now it's adjacent to Hecla. WPM: They made out big time - they were well rewarded for their patience. 100% of AXR's assets were pledged as collateral for the construction loan and the performance of the streaming agreement. But WPM/[SLW] were also the only guys putting out the money during the financial 'event' - without them, there would have been no mine built, at least for quite a while. WPM - "Saw ...more
