did I hear him (CEO) just say we are capped on profits in Venezuela?

just disclosed Venezuela told them (HLF) to change prices in January!  

took out 1+bil in new debt and bought over 1bil in stock, is this not price manipulation?

 conference call; stock hardly moves. Worries about decline in US biz; Venezuela falls off a cliff. No short sales allowed?

Time running out for Congress to order an investigation before the summer Vacay, but it can order the FTC to look into HLF & Ackman's charges which are libelous or slanderous IMO.

About the Venezuela thing, I've heard many analysts saying the way they are reporting sales there is way off and should be 70-80% lower because of the real U.S current exchange rate (what people on the street have to pay) to the Bolivar. Also heard, as you did that they are increasing their debt load for buy backs so they can keep the stock propped up artificially. Basically, with sales and ...more
