Raising capital?

I have been eyeing a position in HLO for a few weeks. Today's surge was tempered by a general market pullback and it may give me an opportunity to jump in soon.
My only concern is whether Halo will have need to raise money anytime soon because they have little cash in the bank. Is there a likelihood of dilution of their small float in the near future, or are they essentially sitting tight, waiting for a Hudbay buyout?

I believe they will raise money but at a nice price, with little devaluation, which is why we might see the odd pullback as invesstors try to control price surge due to financing that is coming. I do not see it as a major dilution of assets. We also have 1 million coming from HBM prior to Christmas if they continue to option venture with HLO. This is just my opinion. Agree; However the way the stock is being held back it appears that whatever deal is taking place is around .50 cents. ie; financing, merger or joint venture. I will just keep buying on pullbacks and wait for the robust day.Have you noticed that JDM warrants have expired!!!.
