AGM

Got my proxy in the mail for AGM . The whole document doesn`t mention anything about the mining business or company business . The whole thing is 21 pages of how management has and is going to reward themselves . Lynda paid herself $216,000 last year and Nick DeMare only $30,000 . Don`t feel sorry for Nick though . He sits on the boards of 24 other companies . I`m sure he`s doing a bang up job for all of them .  I voted  " NO " to the whole board . I hope everyone else does the same ,  but of coarse no one will .    I don`t see the difference between ethics in Canadian business and any banana republic you care to name .

Same here except last year I would never have believed what was in store for Halo when we spent most of the time in record metal price territory . She really had to work at screwing this up .
