what does this actually mean for existing share holders?

No surprise here. Useless management. Running it to the ground. But...what does this mean for the shares people already have. I likely dont understand what I am reading, but they certainly dont make it easy to grasp. Do I still own hemp garbage, or have I now been rolled into a new pile of garbage, and at what ratio?

LOL I just re read my post...I was a knob. I have a slight reading issue that at times can be a little embarrasing. But I do thank you, and agree that this likely needed to happen...but man...I bought at 1.83. ouch... I do have a boat load of Aurora however...now a few more I guess. thanks again.

I do own lots of Aurora and have been in/out since Day 1 when it took over Prescient Mining in a Reverse Takeover.  I will admit I own more of the warrants now then the underlying shares themselves.
