Private Company

Its gone from bad to worse. Two months into the second calendar quarter of 2013 and we've traded about $8,000 worth of stock. Is it worth paying IR and about $40-50,000 per quarter for regulatory expenses? I say take us out of our misery, please. No news, no trading, nada, zilch, nothing. What's the point?

Totally agree with you.. What with regulatory - staff salaries - dual offices - and what must be sizeable lawyers fees if they are still dealing with RC and CA &  + apparently still doing groundmag, sampling and mappingwork in the field they must be spending in excess of $200 000/month. on a 100 000 a month loan (which we are still going to have to pay back somehow...)..
