What's with all the spin off companies..."Stellent Proprietary"....now "New Hana" ? Why break up the resource into smaller bits. Seems shifty to me....but may be normal exploration/mining activity.

Not sure myself how it works, but how i read it is that the kuke property is a complet different property. In order to raise money to drill on it they would have to do PP and that would delute the shares for pretty much an unknown property. I'm sure in general shareholders dont want this, so they can form a new company and raise money doing pp on a stand alone. Also lets face it the Ghanzi
