10 million warrants with an option price of $2 expire in April 2013. Most of the option are well out of the money.

SCS has 3 times the debt, higher costs, poorer recycle ratios so I am not sure why you would prefer SCS. In my opinion HYX is a clone of STO other than the 35 million debt, HYX's wells have a better IP 30, 60 & 90 day.
