Are you sure that you have never seen that sellers dumped shares below a takeover price at 0.14? Check out CHL I had seen a lot of takeover deals in the past that did not go through and stock price crashed.

happens all the time; stock rarely ever trades to its take out price. People just don't stick around for an extra cent or 2 especially if there is a chance of not closing. Low of $0.065 and trades $0.13 on announcement with a $0.14 (potential) close. If you're sticking around for an extra penny in this market with a junior who trades down to that level while oil was $90 and $24 MM of debt,
