My opinion

Now we have closed the financing with over-allotment, the new shares will be traded tomorrow. Do you think the new cheap shares big boy shareholders will let this baby stay at this level?

Since November, every month has ended lower (except January) meaning anyone buying and holding is losing even with the divy. Hardly encouraging given recent overall market strength.   I like the sector but what's missing here? A few comments question management's trustworthiness. And simple posts like the one suggesting this is a screaming buy with a great divy sounds like a pump and ...more

We will be back to $11 very soon, I call it dump and pump. What do you think, flamingogold?  You are asking how it market works. All I can say is do your DD and stick to your DD and take responsibility of your DD.

OK, you want other people doing homework for you. Here are the answers you are supposed to find out for your DD and I am assuming you are a long term investor. You are looking for a sector which tie to the rise and fall of interest rate, so hong long will the interest rate stay at this low level? How did the sector perform compare with the Company you are interested and why ...more

1. interest rate is going to stay low at least in 2013, considering bad macro, low growth etc. This is good for defensive stocks, but for REITs recent cooling of canadian housing market is going to negate the positive effect of low interest rate.
