I like the Model...but

...but why all the selling...something isn.t right can anyone comment..almost  1 million shares sold in the past week...now well below the $60 million financing at $10.45...can anyone comment about what is happening?

Can only mean that there is bad news imminent but the likes of you and I will only hear about it when it is too late.

I agree there is something in the wind. Most of the REIT'S are starting to recover so this does not make sense. I believe that "Mainstreet" owns a chunk of shares but if they were selling they would have to get TSX approval ..I am quite sure. No doubt the 60 million $ that went in at $10.45 will be asking alot of questions...something will surface on why the selling in a few days ...more

All the REITs are down, perhaps because interest rates may be going up soon.  The financing at 10.45 now looks like a very good move.  Whoever bought at that price is now looking at 9.38 if they haven't sold.
