i dont think that anything is wrong with the company  by looking at the results.it was just that it had to retreat in price so that it would be worth holding on to it.they will not cut the dividend,have long term contracts.now ,it looks cheap and attractive because  it has upside potential higher +juicy distribution.many oil companies have much higher payout ratios ,and to me this high oil price will cripple the economy,so reits once again will be the safe place ,just my opinion

Good points..I own it now and would like to buy more....one area of concern I would have at least in Canada is that the operators of these facilities in the future will have a tougher time..the availability of subsidies for seniors living in these homes is not as easy as it used to be.
