My guess is that it is the findings of the "Independant Committees" research on value of the Company!

Maybe the news is they are hiring somebody who can write a news release that is intended to make the company look better and not worse. One can hope!

I suspect a dilution of shares in advance of the delisting review and debt obligations. Trading was also halted when MAA recently did their Equity Financing. GLTA
