Class Action

I had two thoughts today, after I got off the floor from LMAO with that NR today.  First, what held up the NR... was it the company or the OSC?  If OSC  why?? Secondly we need to at the very least start down the road to CA.  One way would be to have Ccharlwood's lawyer ( he is already involved anyway) set up a bank account that we could all deposit into as a retainer fee. There are usually about 200 reads so x that by $100 each we have 20K to start .  That money could also create an ad or 2 in national papers to get attention and also let other minority SH know what is going on.
We could get something prepared that could be given to them at the AGM.
just a couple of my thoughts.

Is a retainer fee necessary, Layers get a good percentage if they win. If the lawyer believes in the fight, He or She should go for it. I maybe out to lunch here and correct me if i'am wrong.TIA

How do we get a class action going? I'd be happy to contribute $100 bucks for any retianer fees!!! i'll be voting no!
