Hi NC,

Since yesterday's proposed offer may have changed some of  minority shareholder minds ......and in preparation for our next steps (maybe legal), it would be worthwhile to now ask for the list to be updated. This list will be very important in terms of counting how many shares will not tender to the Severstal bid. In fact, we need people to answer very honestly about their buyout price as this will set the stage as to how many shares we can count (not to tender) and up to what price. We may need some of these holders to sign up and give proof of their shares.

Sure. I will get the list updated based on the new info ppl have been providing (since I updated it last), and then can go round once more for a more robust view of where we stand. I will send something out late tonight (too much stuff happening at the office :-)

CCharlwood, if we get a copy of the list, it usually has the list of shareholders, addresses and number of shares.  This was a touchy subject for some as this is personal.  However with Noront, when I had the list, I was the only one who saw the share count.  I tried not to pay attention to the number of shares people had except to make sure that those with high number of shares
