Severstal's Nightmare - The List

I am still unclear what  % of shares are needed to block the vote. If Severstal needs 90% of non Severstal shares to move forward, I dont see how that is possible. Our updated list (bottom of right most column) has us at 4.1% (of non Severstal shares) now. Add to this list : folks who are still to update + who are not aware of what is happening and will not vote + institutional investors - and you get to 10% of non Severstal shares pretty fast.

my "friend" has not sold.  I spoke to him the other day and he says his price is 1.50 actually. Mine is 1.00.

Great. His block gives us more than 1% of non Severstal shares. I will update his block in the next iteration of the list. Non frequent posters/readers - please come forward. Each share counts, no holding is small.

My position have changed ! I've sold my 56k possition ..  buy 80k more  sold half of them  !! Now I own 40K and I keep them until 1$ or ven more !  (.18 was my buy in price  please change it ! )Please update my position Duty9
