Can someone Clarify?

In the second paragraph of the latest NR( still LMAO ) it states 
Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory four month hold period.  
What does this mean for a vote in less than 20 days? 
Also from the NR... The Special Committee believes that the combination of the Offer and the Private Placement allows High River to address its immediate liquidity concerns.
How does the offer help it address liquidity concerns when we all know the POG is doing that already??
Look forward to what the lawyers have to say.

There seems to be a steady flow of questions about the BOD, The managment and the Control Group, AS THOUGH people actually believe they function in some sort of independent way. The WHOLE argument here, and has been for some time, is that they DO NOT. THEY ARE ALL IN BED TOGETHER, is my opinion. Even phoning "Investor Relations" is a JOKE.IMO Same reason, I believe you are talking to ...more

Agree Olderwise it appears to be a scattergun approach and risks failure as a result. But it's easy to sit back in Africa or wherever and continue to orchestrate a right approach without jumping in.E-mail contact  and the expense of a few calls can do wonders even in a lead or lesser supporting role.
