agenda

it seems that in most instances when the principles put something to a vote they  are confident that it will be aproved....or in this case close enough that they can eventually force us out....they seem to know who holds the shares they need and which way they will vote......if this is wrong and there is no possible way that it is even  close,could there be a hidden agenda that  I am missing?? no I am not bashing..

 They don't have the vote of the big sharehlders such as Sprott. These guys have no clue how many people, and I would say the majority will say NO. They just want to get as many shares in the tender as possible for the next bid, which will likely be at .25-.30.For theguy who asked whether your new shares matter. For the AGM they do NOT, but that is irrelevant. The AGM is irrelevant ...more
