Hi Ccharlwood,

As always, thanks!  You too Uncoverer and Glorieux, and others.

I met with drichard53 and hfc this evening.  It was an excellent meeting.  A lot of good ideas were shared by all involved.  I handed over a $1,000 cheque tonight to make everything official on the TO side of things.  Hfc is set up on the trustee/bank account side of things, for financing purposes.  Drichard53 has been reaching out to lawyers and performing research as well.  I will ask drichards53 and/or hfc to contact you to co-ordinate the efforts, and to determine how to best spend the funds and to put your heads together to come up with one plan of attack/defence.

Great going guys, I wish I was in TO (used to live there, but in Van now), or I'd join the meeting, and help out! When the bank account is setup, please put me down for $100, I know its not much, but I'll do my best to contribute.
