Sprott

I would like to report  on my recent discussion with Eric Sprott from Sprott Asset Management.
You can count on Sprott's support as an institutional investor aligned with our undertaking.
They have no intention of selling their holdings (26 M shares) at the present offer price.
He mentioned that they had tried to offer alternatives to Severstal with regards to its present financial situation
a few weeks ago but basically Severstal ignored them.  Based on my understanding of our discussion, he thinks the shares should presently trade at 0.90$ based on their strong cash flow.
He also alluded to other large investors that he knew who would not tender their shares.
I did not ask, but I guess once we get the ball rolling and the list, it would not be too far fetched to obtain some support from them.

He apparently had a chat with CCharlwood a week or so ago.  Sorry for the duplication of information if any...
