Apparently posted on Stockwatch after hours to-day.They are supposed to have been concurrently posted on www.sedar.com. since they are sedar docs but as yet they are not there.Anyone here a paying member of Stockwatch.If so, please post.

The offer doesn't expire until the end of July, so Severstal can capitalize if at any time the price goes under .22 until then. It is pretty ridiculous for them to still be proposing the offer since HRG is establishing a higher price now. I won't be surprised if they pull some more stops to kill the sp.

Another crock and would you believe again ANOTHER subtle threat. No assurances that RG would be able to get a posting on another exchange if offer does not go through and a delisting occurs !!!!!!!!. Not a chance with HRG'S  progress and value !
