i just phoned my broker to say  no  and he said you do nothing for a no vote.

joet69 - have you received a rejection package from minority shareholder group (ccharlwood plus others) who are trying to make sure that we have the required numbers and stick together? There is a pledge form in that package that you might want to fill out and return to him (so that we keep an accurate count and can negotiate our position). Got the package from Chris Charlwood today. I will be faxing it over asap. Wife has received a letter from her brokrage to call to provide instructions. I have not received anything from my brokrage. Do we need to call to reject or not responding is good enough.

As far as I know, not calling is equal to not tendering is equal to rejection, at least for this round (in the next phase, only votes casted yes or no will count, so will have to vote no). However, in any case, it is a good idea to call in to say no (+ send the signed pledge letter back to ccharlwood).

Also since your wife has not received a package from ccharlwood, it is a good idea to make an extra copy of the pledge letter for her shares, to be signed and send back to ccharlwood (apart from yours).Thanks.

Please everybody vote a big NO you will get 5 or 6 time more in the future when the market recovers because HRG is more than .22 cents a shares , stupid offer at that prices lets stick together and we will all be OK Marcel
