Thanks for the information found this board.  My Mother owns someshares and wasn't sure what to do.  She has now sent in her response asa 'no'.  None of this seems in any way ethical.  May buy some myself assuming they are still trading.

donlu - do you want to get on the minority shareholder list on the stockhouse board who are saying not to this offer? If yes, can you tell us how many shares your family owns, and at price would you vote yes? Also, to organize minority shareholders and to keep a more offical count of the rejectors, ccharlwood has been sending rejection package to minority shareholders. have you received one? If

Sure.  Just a small number of shares - 3700 selling $2.50.
