Agree with uncoverer on fair share of Contribution
The deadline for Severstal takeover Bid is right around the corner, and we have all been doing a good job, first by supporting this offensive and second, by sticking together. We must all continue to support our team leaders and give our full support behind them. I can see some strategy, and remedies are been draw up. Lets, continue our offensive against Severstal until, we get what we, minority all want. Keep HRG Listed on TSX or at least, a correct value for our share.
I agree with Uncoverer view on Contributing our fair share to the war chest.
Team Leaders : Please discuss and decide what is the fair share we should all contribute to the war chest. I believe the pro rated system is the easiest way for each of us to calculate our contribution to this war chest and least taxing and put some fear into Severstal.
I believe, we would need to do more, before, we are able to get what we all want, and that would require a big enough war chest to built a strong offensive.
I am willing to contribute my fair share in this contribution fund and carry my own weight and most probably even more.
We must also make OSC and TSX, do more in protecting HRG Minority rights and put some credibility back as a regulator.
Team Leaders: how can we individually shareholders help in encouraging OSC and TSX act properly in regards to HRG , and not let, Severstal make a fool of TSX regulation and use TSX as an instrument for their unjust course of action.

Last bid is at 0.25 for 300000 shares. For the people who sold this week what were you thinking. Stock will be pushing 0.30 by the middle of next week.--Polly

Glad you joined us m09not an expert, and they may be Russian, but anyone has the right NOT to sell their shares, for whatever reason, and a far too low SP is a fairly good reason. If you haven't been in touch with NaturalCurrency yet, review the List by him, contact him and join the list.

Hi Maverick,Obviously, anyone can sue anyone it they so choose. However, it would be hard to fathom a situation where Severstal/Lybica would sue minority shareholders. To sue us for not selling our shares cheap to them would be ridiculous. I hope you will join us by sending in your letter by fax. It would be much appreciated. Thanks.
