Warrants Question

Hey everyone,

I've been a long time lurker on stockhouse but finally decided to sign up. I'm a small shareholder in HRG and have been very interested in the company since Oct/Nov of last year. I've been following the discussions on here pretty closely and am glad to see the stock price finally rising (albeit at a slower than expected pace.)

Anyways, my question is with respect to the warrants of the company (HRG.WT) How are they affected by the Severstal proposed stock buy? I have a good amount of warrants and would like to know (I don't care for your opinions on buying or owning warrants.) I'm not sure if the documents which were mailed out have the answers because, to be honest, I haven't really read through the material.

If anyone can provide some information that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Buying at 0.295--Isn.t that nice you get 2 percent on your money guaranteed if holding till august 10. No risk--Can somebody tell me why a person would sell for 0.295 when guasranteed.--Can,t understand that one--polly

There is usually a percentage relationship between warrants and the stock price. So, yes the warrants have value but it is hard to say what that is currently since thestock price over the last  9 months has been manipulated downward so much ithas distorted everything!
