Charlwood??

Question to you
You seem to have given up the fight by your last messages. Basically saying a huge dilution is ok. That you think once they do it they will promote, etc...
I am curious to why you believe this. It sure doesnt look like Severstal has changed its position in any way and the market sure doesnt believe it. Gold is at 1050 and we are lower than where we were. We are lagging gold producers big time lately.
Have you talked to the funds lately to see what they feel?

Remember what I said a bit ago about Putin saying Russia wants foreign investment. Well here is a short article about what Putin had to say. Everyone here should see the humour in this one. Seriously: if you want to do something, write to your federal politician, or the Prime Minister with the story of HRG and how it seems to conflict with the following, in the sense of how Canadians are being ...more

Just in case you doubt how confused the Russians are, compare this story about Putin and foreign investment a year ago, with the one I just gave you the link to. Is this called, I speak from two sides of my mouth, you pick which one you believe??? https://www.industryweek.com/articles/putin_limits_foreign_investment_16261.aspx I did write an email to the editor of the first story. If you read ...more

Hi Prouditalian,I have not given up any fight. I still own all my 5.5M shares with no plans to sell. I still believe this is a $2-3 stock eventually. My point is that a small financing and a Severstal debt conversion may dilute us and get them to 70% ownership, but the negative is far overcome by the positive in that it moves the company towards debt free that much faster. To be clear, I did ...more

You touch on the very point I have been trying to get across, re their being dumb actually. Why do I say this? Well you mention the cost to bring on Prognoz: correct. You also mention that they can't finance it at this low a share price. That is why they are dumb.IMO IF they had brought up the share price, they could have financed Prognoz and made MORE than what they will miss possibly by ...more

Hi ccharlwood,Thanks for the thoughts on everything.  I appreciate the feedback you are getting about Prognoz.  I would like to provide my feedback also, if you don't mind.I would like to challenge the notice (those people are providing you) that Prognoz is too overwhelming for HRG.Firstly, I would like a truly independent mining engineering firm to perform at least a pre-feasibility ...more

Great post, and I appreciate the effort, projections and thought behind it, hope everyone else does. Your key, first thing, is exactly what ANY logical person would do. Pre Study of this world class resource. I say it again: what does ANY mining company look for??? Try a world class resource like this. Is it big? Yes. How big? We know the proven, and it is ridiculous for anyone to think on a pure ...more

Chris, you shouldnt listed to Severstal IR, they will just lie. How would you feel if HRG sells their Prognoz stake for 12-13 mil dollars. That is what its written down to. Bet that is the plan. Dont believe anything that comes from Igor's mouth. The fight shall continue.

Hello Chris--Stock price sucks because nobody believes the company is in the best interest of the minority shareholders. I can,t believe you would suggest trusting these people. I own there share but will be along time before i ever if ever would trust anybody as greedy as that pig Sevesteral and his thugs. Its sad I feel this way. I do believe though things will get alot better and we will be ...more

Hi Kee000It's not a matter of trust, but more a matter of  objectives being aligned. Clearly in the past, Severstal's goals were not aligned with ours. Their focus was on owning our shares more so than it was promoting HRG. They have invested 10 months now into trying to get all the shares, but it would not make business sense to invest another 2-3 years to do so - esepically ...more

naive, naive!! They will go for it again in less than 6 months, so in their best interest to do all they can to keep share price low. This includes selling prognoz cheap, diluting cheap, etc... The key of course is minorities still own 40% so we must fight to keep our stake there and not let ourselves be diluted. Gold price is in our favour..nothing can stop that.

Well that,s all very nice.-I,m not buying it. Maybe they will change their ways and i hope so for everyones sake. Once a dog bites they always bite. Here,s hopin I,m just a negative person. That could very well be it.--POLLY
