You seem to have given up the fight by your last messages. Basically saying a huge dilution is ok. That you think once they do it they will promote, etc...
I am curious to why you believe this. It sure doesnt look like Severstal has changed its position in any way and the market sure doesnt believe it. Gold is at 1050 and we are lower than where we were. We are lagging gold producers big time lately.
Have you talked to the funds lately to see what they feel?

Hi Kee000It's not a matter of trust, but more a matter of  objectives being aligned. Clearly in the past, Severstal's goals were not aligned with ours. Their focus was on owning our shares more so than it was promoting HRG. They have invested 10 months now into trying to get all the shares, but it would not make business sense to invest another 2-3 years to do so - esepically

naive, naive!! They will go for it again in less than 6 months, so in their best interest to do all they can to keep share price low. This includes selling prognoz cheap, diluting cheap, etc... The key of course is minorities still own 40% so we must fight to keep our stake there and not let ourselves be diluted. Gold price is in our favour..nothing can stop that.
