Since this was posted within the last four hours, I would say this is new.  If so, this is very big.  I say we all pool our resources together and make Severstal an offer of 0.21/share.  This is definitely reasonable value.  I would expect if Severstal sells, we could see a valuation north of $2.00/share.

I think these types of sites have to be somewhat credible, and this one has "Stories written by our own locally based editorial teams, reporting on rumored, pending, announced or completed M&A and ECM deals. If Severstal is planning on selling this would explain#1  why there has been such a turnover of directors and why they simply have placed a Severstal figurehead at the top.  this is simply a temporary position.#2  why there is a new auditor that has been hired.  It is up to KPMG to massage the books after the fiasco of the past year, to say that they have found the mistakes

This would be the best news I've recieved all year!!  Glad I picked up another 25K shares last week if so.  The only question I have is if htese idiots are trying to sell, why wouldn't they have pumped the story to increase SP before talks of selling??  Maybe I was right and they just are really dumb??
