Anyone see these trades go through? Some broker not owning up to there obligation? Don't remember seeing this happen to often...more games being played I guess. High for the day does not show 45 cents.

I was looking more at the buyer broker 100 - TSX - maybe its common to have the TSX buy stock.

I found this on tsx money. In order to support CDS in cases where a seller has failed to deliver a security following a trade, TSX has developed a special "Buy-In" facility to locate alternate sellers capable of immediately delivering the security, therefore enabling CDS to quickly and efficiently clear the failed position. Buy-In Procedures: On a daily basis, CDS provides a
