I believe we will actually go much higher.  It appears people have figured out the games and they've determined that even with the games, you cannot keep an obvious winner down.

I would agree with you that the sp will go much higher eventually, but only if the tse disallowed the 38cents pp. 150 million shares at 38cents in the wrong hands can keep the sp down for a long time to come. The low daily volume  seems to suggest that most of the institutional investors are out of this stock. It  won't take much selling /manipulation by "these people
