Lybica Holdings is selling its position to a newly formed entity, namely Severstahl Gold NV, whichby the extension 'NV' has to be based in Holland or Belgium (probably Holland just like Lybica).This could very well mean the start of more promotion because now the asset (HRG shares) are movedfor a low amount to the new entity.This entity will most probably start to acquire/consolidate the ...more

This is NOT a non event.The holdings of Lybica are transferred to Severstahl GOLD not Severstahl (daddy)!This means things are moving. Reshuffling of positions.

Disposition carried out privately. Then Acquisition carried out privately. I'd say this was done as to not trigger taxes of any form. I didn't see any amounts in the sell column at least not on my computer. What was exchanged between Lybica Holdings B.V. sellors and Severstal Gold N.V. buyers??? Paper work any guess???
