warrants are worthless completely. Dumb trade. 4 dollar strike.

I disagree.  Many times warrants are re-priced just on their own.  Furthermore, as shown below, any transaction would re-price the warrants into a new entity...so they have risk...but upside.  You do not need to play them, but I like them.

 Maybe our russian friends will lower the strike price to 68c ot lower. Even then it would be still worthless.

Good one!  If the strike was 68 cents, the warrant would be worth that or more.  You do not know how a warrant works in a situation where the stock price is 4 times cheaper than it should be.
