How many total shares outstanding with warrants excercised? 839.7M

How many does Severstal own? 400.5M

How many does Polenica own (after excercise of warrants)? 190.5M

DGC owns? 78M

correct these numbers if wrong

leaving 170.7M 20% float for everyone else.

The minority pool of float doesn't concern you? Small investors at the mercy of the large foreign nationals. Do you see any Canadian hedge or mutual funds buying into such an arrangement? Where they can have zero control or influence? Do you think those owners are going to pay you more than 46 cents for your shares when it comes time to buy out the remaining 20%?

I thought it was these "great" western mutual funds who ran for the exits a year ago, pushing the stock price down to $.04, resulting in the massive dilution that followed.  Why would anyone in their right mind want them in on this stock again?  The new owners, unlike the "brilliant" mutual funds, want a huge gain in their investment.  The mutual funds are ...more
