PROMOTING HRG

Hi Everynoe,

I presently hold 83,000 shares of HRG. My question to all the pros. can we as a minority promote the stock on our own by pulling together a pool of funds?

IMHO there is no problem as long as factual info is put out. There is a lot being done in this field in the case of Freewest Resources due to the low price takeover ok'd by the BOD.  Seev.FWR  .

There is some on line companies that sent out emails to subscribers about lucrative stocks. If we could put together around 50k we should be able to make a nice buzz, and attract new buyers, thus increasing the share ...more

If your serious we can advertise on kitco for around $1200 a week, something to the effect of how proud we are and the high expectations we have towards HRG, how far we've come in the last year, large debt we have paid off etc....

as you asked for ideas...food for thought, i have a site stockcafe (ca), it is up but not active yet; if you wanted to we could do a feature on the stock, post it and then try and drive traffic to it...may not be as effective as advertising on kitco but would be a lot cheaper... :-)

I like it.....How much financing do we need
Comment by mystockcafe on Jan 19, 2010 6:37pm
it all depends how the traffic is driven to the site; if someone that knows hrg does up the feature and background information; it would cost $50 to get it set-up and posted on the site; we get a chart link set-up and maybe a link back to this board; I can continue to host the site no problem; the best way to drive traffic is 'word of mouth', boards and blog chats and ...more

Do you know how much would it cost to use google ads, and what is the process? I will contact Chris and ask if he could forward us a good analysis for such an ad.

quite simply he is the reason we are as well informed as we are, without him I doubt we would have stuck togheather as long as we have. We all owe him our loyalty and respect. He has done more for the promotion of this stock than anyone, and it has come from his blood sweat and and times his tears. If you are invested in this stock you owe it to yourself and him to scan this board from the ...more
