A few caught caught with their pants down

It looks like someone wanted to move on to something else......quickly..... and sold their position.......taking out the bids down into the low sixties where the stop losses start to kick in and pushed it all the way down to 57 cents.

Not really enough volume to indicate horrible news is on the way...........and I think a few astute investors saw an oppotunity to pick up more shares pretty cheaply, pushing it back into the low sixties quickly.

Just my thoughts.........I still think this will be over a buck when the Q4 and year end numbers come out.

from what i noted our friends "Jitney" seemed to start the free fall....can someone else confirm or deny this?

I think we will see a bid from Severstal when the q4 #s come out. Probably higher than .70 but lower than .90.Wish I had bought more size today.

I can't see less than a buck-thirty..........Sprott and the other institutional investors (and some of the larger retail holders) would go ballistic.........and a lot of lawyers would be very busy.    It's obvious the numbers are going to be very good........and these little games are going to be played right up until they're released.

Not a peep from the BOD, public relations, or anybody representing our investment....nothing.......we spiked to .98 and have almost given it all back without a single word!!!  This is becoming laughable.  I can't wait to see what they have up there sleeves - another write down, another offer?  They know they can wait out the weak hands and eventually steal this prize.  ...more

ThyFish, totally share your sentiments. I have an automatic 'no' to their any offer which does not realise the true worth of the company. Dont care if I am astute investor doing this or not, sometimes you just got to stand up for what is right.

As a refresher re all your what's happening ??, Endeavour Financial is creating a mid tier gold company in West Africa. In doing so, they have taken big positions in Etruscan Gold, Crew Gold and now Severstal has taken a major interest in Crew Gold. Are Endeavour and Severstal talking on merging as a minimum the Taparko interest etc  into a new consolidated company - highly likely.Just read ...more
