Great news but did someone get it early?

This is the best news I have had since buying into HRG in Dec 08.  All longs will realize potential shortly as we all anticipated!! 

 

Although it's funny that the share price went into a free fall over the last 2 weeks for no apparent reason and suddenly spiked back up BEFORE the news was released.......

    Someone always gets the news early............and it's never me.    This is great news..........there is really a limited amount of float available for sale........Severstaal is not selling any of their shares........and most of the longs have waited a long time and are willing to wait a little longer to get a fair price. Of course someone got it early.Or just maybe that had to lower the sp so that Troika would be satisfied that their offer was reasonable.  If the offer was a certain percentage over a five day moving average, then the rumoured buy out of .76 a couple of months ago would have been spot on.  After the Troika deal (let's say Tuesday?) then the sp moved up without any further downward ...more
