Great forum

Just my opinion :There will be no IPO ! Mordashov will take HRG and all other goldassets privat after he gains control of all outstandingshares as cheap as possible with the help of crooked canadian stockbrokers. I am holding a fair amount of HRG shares in two accounts, one in the green, one still in the red thanks to these twocrimenals,  Mosher and Whalen. The russians may be no better, . .  ...more

yea fiveks, you are right. I was lucky enough not to know of HRG when Mosher and Whalen were running it. I can only imagime how it feels to be an  investor from those days. If they hadnt spent the 100 mil that they raised at 3 on prognoz only to steal it, Severstal would not be here and HRG would be at 6 bucks.But, this is what gave me the opportunity to make my small fortune from .15 to my ...more

MM...Agreed on the morals of management.BUT would a company up to is as* in debt, covenants on every penny they borrow, really waste time throwing us off their mischievous scent by spending 26M on, if what you think is true, useless shares.  Somehow I and a few others here doubt it.  What is your thought on this most recent transaction and how it applies to the buyout theory.

Maniak,Chairman of hrg is independent from Severstal. Should we suggest to him that he brings more institutions to the company? What is your take on the chairman?
