I've got an answer from Igor klimanov himself by e-mail and the reason is that he got a new job offer from severstal and it's gonna take all is time.

nice, now Igor can get his reward for being a white colllar bandit. Nice education, a few international languages, but at one point he will have to answer for being the crooked bandit he is. Crooked dilution by his buddies at Troika is what is what I am talking about.  Still long many share.

i hope thats the case because hrg has had more than 10 personnel changes in the last 12 months, including the CFO and now the CEO and that worries me alot.  the last time i checked the financial statements, they were unaudited and they recently changed the auditor firm just before the severstal ipo.  i hope they are not cooking their book.  fingers crossed!!

the personnel changes were imposed by the parent Severstal who put their people in the top positions.They did a great job in optimizing operations so I am more than happy with them.The change of auditor was very normal because Severstal is audited by KPMG while HRG was not.To avoid unnecessary delays and costs they changed the auditor to KPMG, it's as simple as that.Please do not try to scare ...more
