year end results

when are year-end financial results due?
Anyone who knows the rules for Q4 and year-end figures?
Thanks!

I believe Q results are due by 45 days and annual results no longer than 90 days, given the expected IPO launch I expect them sooner but we all know the history of Severstal and their use of logic in their decisions

Here's a link that defines the rules for Quarterly and Annual reports.https://www.tntfilings.com/sedar/sedar_deadlines.asp45-days is NOT correct for Annual Reports - which would be the 4Q report.Annual Reports require audited financial statements....123

12/3 I appreciate the link, It confirms what I stated Qt. within 45 days and annual within 90 days. missouriminer

MOminer - my bad.  Was focused on the TSX-V stuff  - which is usually what I'm involved in and that is 120-days.Would rather give the link than the answer under the 'teach a person to fish" philosophy.  But hey, that's just me....

if they bring out Q4 you would have full year results as well. That's why there is no Q4 mentioned but only a Q1-2-3 which have 45 days. So, in my opinion, we won't see any numbers until 30th of March.Am I wrong?
