A new CFO as been appointed... Funny thing is that is from Severstal Gold LLC.. Is this Nord Gold?... If so then they are starting to setup an offer..

Mr. Lopukhin currently holds the position of Senior Financial Manager at Severstal Gold LLC, a subsidiary of OAO Severstal

Nice to see they mention the 50% ownership of Prognoz in the news release.  Wonder what's up.
