If we assume HRG is 50% Nord Gold (production is 57% if I'm not mistaken but reserves are a bit lower) thenthis would lead to an implicit valuation of HRG between 2.38 and 3.03.

Is Severstal calculating with 70% or 100% of the shares from HRG???

they calculate with 100% imo because they consolidate HRG because they have majority...Am I wrong in assuming this?The value of HRG would only be higher if I am wrong so no problem there... :-)

Bart,They list our equity in HRG separately as non-controlling interest according to the prospectus.Basis of consolidation Subsidiaries Subsidiaries are those enterprises controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Company.
